With reference to captioned subject this is to inform you that the Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) as notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rule, 2015 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India vide notification no. .G.S.R. 111(E) dated February 16, 2015 are applicable to the Company (w.e.f. Financial Year 2017-18).

In this regard Company intends to submit the Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2017 on or before September 14, 2017 in terms of the relaxation provided by the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016.
