Intimation regarding Company will submit Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended on 31st March 2018 to the BSE Limited within 60 days from the end of financial year i.e. latest by 30th May 2018, instead of submitting the Unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2018.
