We have to inform that a meeting of Board of Director of the Company to interalia review unaudited result for quarter ended Dec 2017 will be held on 14th February,2018. Pursuant to the relaxation provided under Circular No. CIR/ CFD/ FAC/62/ 2016 dated 05thJuly, 2016 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India; the Company shall submit the Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30thJune, 2017 and 30th September, 2017 on or before 14thSeptember, 2017 and 14th December, 2017 respectively.
