IRB Invit Fundhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Investment Manager of IRB InvIT Fund will be held on Monday, January 21, 2019 to consider and take on record, among other things: 1) Unaudited Financial results of IRB InvIT Fund for quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018; 2) declaration of 3rd distribution, if any, for the financial year 2018-19. The record date for the purpose of aforesaid 3rd distribution, if declared, is January 29, 2019 Please note that as per Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Trust is closed from January 14, 2019 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of outcome to the public.
