S.K. Agrawal & Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we are enclosing the Un-audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2018.
