To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 ,trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Insiders from 03rd February,2019 to 10th February, 2019 (both days inclusive).
