JK LAKSHMI CEMENT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We have to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 6th August 2019, inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June 2019. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by the Designated Persons, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from 1st July 2019 and shall reopen on 9th August 2019.
