Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 on consolidated basis alongwith a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 1st August 2019 of the Auditors. b. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 on standalone basis alongwith a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 1st August 2019 of the Auditors. A copy of the press release issued by the Company after the said Board Meeting is also enclosed.
