As per SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015 as amended (Listing Reg.), please note that the Co in its Board Meeting held early today has interalia (1)approved the Risk Management (RM) Policy and constituted RM Committee in compliance with Listing Reg., (2)approved the Amended Related Party Transaction Policy and Policy for determining Material Subsidiary in compliance with Listing Reg., (3)considered, approved and taken on record the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2018 (the results). Accordingly, pursuant to Reg. 33 of Listing Reg., we enclose herewith aforesaid results along with Limited Review Report. A copy of the same is being uploaded in the website of BSE/NSE and Companys website www.jkcement.com. In terms of Reg. 33(3)(b) of Listing Reg. the Board opted to submit unaudited standalone quarterly/year to date financial results . The meeting commenced at 12 Noon and concluded at 1.55 P.M.
