J.KUMAR INFRAPROJECTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve To consider and take on record the Un Audited Financial Results for Quarter and Six Months ended on 30th September, 2018 Further, in terms of Regulation 6.2.vi Code of Internal Procedure of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares is closed on 5th November 2018 and shall re-open on 15th November 2018 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company.
