Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), we would like to confirm that JKVS & Co, Statutory Auditors of the Company, have issued Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements. A copy of the above results along with statements of Assets & Liabilities, Auditors Report are enclosed herewith for your records. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.45 a.m. and concluded at 3.00 p.m. Kindly take the same on your record.
