Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019. 2. Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019. 3. Auditors Report on Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. 4. Declaration pursuant to regulation 33 (3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 The time of commencement of the Board Meeting was 3.30 p.m. and the time of conclusion was 5.00 p.m.
