We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on 14th February 2019, inter alia, has considered and approved in terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulation 2015: a) The un-audited quarterly financial results (Standalone) for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2018. b) Limited Review Report (Standalone) issued by the Statutory Auditor in pursuant to Listing Regulations (LODR) 2015. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements Regulation, 2015, we enclose herewith the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2018 & Limited Review issued by Statutory Auditor. The meeting commenced at 3:30 p.m and concluded at 5: 30 p.m.
