Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today i.e. on 17.05.2019, the Directors have approved and taken on record the audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and the financial year ended 31.03.2019 (i.e. from 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019). Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we hereby declare that M/s. Haribhakti & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued an Audit Report with unmodified opinion, on Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019.
