KHANDWALA SECURITIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 5, 2019 at the Registered Office of the Company, inter-alia, to consider and approve the following matters:- 1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2019. 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman. Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for all directors, officers, designated employees and connected persons of the Company from July 1, 2019 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2019 to the stock exchanges.
