We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 13th February, 2019 from 12:00PM to 03:20PM, have considered and approved the following; Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board has approved and taken on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31/12/2018 along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company, further it also approves the publication of Un-Audited Financial Results. A copy of Un-audited financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended 31/12/2018 are attached herewith.
