This is to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on Wednesday, the 14th day of November, 2018, at the Registered Office of the Company at 4.00 p.m., has inter-alia, considered and approved the following: 1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2018, on the basis of the Limited Review Report conducted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. In terms of Regulation 33, copy of the Summarised Unaudited Financial Result alongwith Limited Review Report and Statement of Assets & Liabilities as on September 30, 2018 for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2018, is enclosed herewith in terms of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Meeting commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.00 p.m.
