Appointment of Shri. Maheshchander Nagpal (DIN No. 02055457) as an Additional Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 30th May, 2019. 5. Appointment of M/s. Kothari H. & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the F.Y. 2019-2020.
