LGB FORGE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 1st day of August, 2019 to inter-alia consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2019. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all connected persons (as defined in the code) from Monday, the 1st July, 2019 till 48 hours after results are made public on 1st August, 2019.
