Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors, at its Meeting held on the July 28, 2018, has inter alia, taken the following decisions:- 1. Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, as recommended by the Audit Committee. The extracts of the Consolidated & Standalone Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors M/s BSR & Associates LLP, are enclosed herewith as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. Considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Ritika Modi as an Additional Director to be designated as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. July 28, 2018 for a period of Five (5) years.
