MAHAAN FOODS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended December 31, 2018 Further please note that, as per the Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Insiders from 04th February, 2019 to 13th February, 2019 (both days inclusive)
