Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the closure of trading window has already commenced form 1st July, 2019 and shall continue till 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019.
