Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on 31st March, 2019; 2. Independent Auditors Report on Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 issued by M/s. Pawan Shubham & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company; and 3. Declaration of unmodified opinion pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of Listing Regulations by Mr. Shri Dass Maheshwari, Whole Time Director-Finance & Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 07.05 p.m. Kindly take note of the same.
