M.B.PARIKH FINSTOCKS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results For The First Quarter Ended 30th June 2019. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company has been closed for trading in Securities of the Company, from July 01, 2019 till forty eight hours after the date of declaration of unaudited results for the Employees of the Company including Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
