Mega Nirman And Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. Necessary newspaper insertion is being/ has been published in the Newspapers. Copies of the same shall be informed you separately. In terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons from Monday, January 28, 2019 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2018 to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
