MEGRI SOFT LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter/half year ended September 30, 2018. It is hereby further informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 and 51 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Company has decided that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons of the Company and for their immediate relatives with immediate effect till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange ( both days inclusive).Kindly note and display the notice on your notice Board for the information of the members of your exchange and general public.
