In this meeting the Board has decided the following matters: 1. Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019 along with Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company, and 2. Appointed Ms. Parveen Rastogi & CO as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for Year 2018-19. Kindly take it on your record.
