Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 30th May, 2019, inter alia, considered and approved the Statement of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2019.
