Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, 30th May, 2019, inter alia, considered and approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019 and took on record the Audit Report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon. In compliance with the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we enclose a copy of the audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, 30th May, 2019, along with the Audit report thereon, with unmodified opinion by the Statutory Auditors Kashyap & Co., Chartered Accountants.
