MONNET ISPAT & ENERGY LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives & Insiders (the Code), the Trading Window shall remain closed as already intimated vide our intimation dated 28th June, 2019 with effect from 01st July, 2019, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company, i.e. 26th July, 2019.
