MOONGIPA SECURITIES LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, and any other matter with the permission/approval of the Chairperson. Further for the purpose of above and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Person from July 30, 2018 till Forty (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed from Monday, July 30, 2018 till Saturday, August 11, 2018 (both days inclusive).
