To approve the audited financial results for the Half - year ended 31st March, 2019. 2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the chair. Further the trading window, as described in Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading of the company will remain close for the above purpose from 17th May, 2019 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the audited financial results of the company to the stock exchanges in terms of the listing agreement.
