NHPC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to our earlier letter dated 25.06.2019 and in compliance to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 9th August, 2019 inter-alia to consider Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. Further, in pursuance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendement) Regulation, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of Company by designated person is closed from Monday, July 01, 2019 till Sunday, August 11, 2019 (both days inclusive).
