The Board of the Bank will meet on Wednesday 31st January, 2018; inter-alia, to consider and approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2017. Pursuant to the applicable SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from 1600 hours of 22nd January, 2018 to 1600 hours of 2nd February, 2018 for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Bank.
