It is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 to, inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2018. In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company, shall remain closed from Thursday, May 24, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting to the Stock Exchange.
