OK PLAY INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is being convened on Thursday, the 30th day of May, 2019, to consider and adopt, inter - alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on 31st March, 2019. Further in continuation of our intimation dated 23rd April, 2019 regarding closure of trading window of the Company, kindly note that trading window will remain closed till 1st June, 2019.
