Dear Sir, Pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 {Listing Regulations), the board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 17th May, 2019 have approved and taken on record, inter alia, the audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated)of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. The Board Meeting commenced at 12.15 P.M. and the above matters were concluded at 3.45 P.M. A copy of the above results along with the audit report of the statutory auditors is enclosed herewith as required under Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the same.
