The Board of Directors at the meeting held today i.e. May 24, 2018 decided to publish only consolidated financial results in the newspapers for the financial year 2018-2019. In view of it, as required under Regulation No. 33[3] of the SEBI [Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements] Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company shall publish only consolidated financial results in the newspapers for the financial year 2018-2019.
