This is to inform you, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016 that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today considered and approved the Audited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the Fourth Quarter as well as the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017 alongwith the Auditors Report thereon.
