We would like to inform you that the Board Meeting of our Company was held today i.e., 17th May, 2018, as per the Notice given dated 08/05/2018, where proper quorum in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 was present, to consider the matter of approval of Financial Results for the half-year & Year ended on 31-03-2018 along with audit report and statement of assets and liabilities as per regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other matters as specified in the Notice of the Board Meeting. In this regard, please find enclosed Outcome of the Board Meeting, Financial Results for the half-year and year ended on 31-03-2018 along with Audit Report and Statement of Assets and Liabilities as per regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as approved by the Board of Directors.
