Pursuant to the Regulation 30, 33 and 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, we enclose herewith a copy of the Standalone Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 as considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today. We also enclose herewith Auditors Report for the year ended 31st March, 2018. The said report carries Qualifications.
