This is to inform you, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2017 considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results : Standalone as well as on consolidated basis : for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2017 alongwith the Limited Review Report (LRR) of the statutory auditors thereon. A copy of the aforesaid financial results along with the Limited Review Report are attached.
