With reference to above subject and in compliance with the Listing Agreement, we hereby submit the outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Director held on today i.e. 29th May, 2018 at 01.00 pm and concluded at 04:00 p.m.:- 1) Approved audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018. 2) The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.5/- per Equity Share, i.e. @ 5% on Equity Shares subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
