PANACEA BIOTEC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. Further, with reference to our earlier announcement dated March 29, 2019 intimating the Closure of Trading Window pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and Material Subsidiaries of the Company till August 14, 2019.
