With reference to our letter dated 31st October, 2018 informing the date of Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 read with Para- A of Part -A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; please note that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today, have approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th September, 2018 in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) as per Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.00 am. and concluded at 12.00 noon. We are enclosing herewith copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results. We are also enclosing herewith copy of limited review report of the Peer Reviewed Statutory Auditor on the aforesaid unaudited financial results.
