In connection with the above, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window close period has commenced from 6th April 2019 (intimated to exchange on 05.04.2019) and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 29th May, 2019
