PETRON ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December,2018 will be considered and approved on Thursday the 14th February, 2019, by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Udayraj Patwardhan, (Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00024/2016- 2017/10057), appointed by the Honble National Company law Tribunal (NClT), Mumbai Bench, vide its Order dated 6th August, 2018.
