Positive Electronics Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 30th day of May, 2019 at its Registered Office at 04.30 P.M. in order to transact the following business: 1. To consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019. 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
