We would also like to inform that the Trading Window for dealing with shares of the company by Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and other connected persons including their relatives as per the Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be closed from 07.02.2019 to 17.02.2019, and will remain open from 18.02.2019.
