Further, in this connection and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, from 16th January, 2019 to 25th January, 2019 (both days inclusive), for all Directors and designated employees.
